>No Return to the Temple

August 31, 2010 / Daniel Waugh

>Jesus left the temple and was going away, when his disciples came to point out to him the buildings of the temple. But he answered them, “You see all these, do you not? Truly, I say to you, there will not be left here one stone upon another that will not be thrown down.”(Matthew 24:1-2 … Continue reading >No Return to the Temple

About Me

I have been married to the same incredible woman since 1997. I am the father to three great boys who surprise me every day. I serve as the pastor of adult ministries at Christ Community Church (formerly Evangelical Community Church) in Bloomington, Indiana (though the views expressed on this blog are not necessarily thoseof the church or its leadership as a whole). I consider myself evangelical in the historic sense of the word. I prefer the term Confessional, though the irony is I don't minister at a confessional church. I'm reformed, with sympathies for high church and sacramental Christianity. My theological heroes include Edwards, Nevin, Calvin and Machen. You can read more about me in my bio
